The Civic Symphony of Green Bay (CSGB) is a community-forward orchestra founded in 1995 by Gerald and Anne Mattern. The first public concert took place on January 27, 1996, under the baton of conductor Patrick Miles. Since 2005, Seong-Kyung Graham has served as conductor and artistic director, guiding collaborations with local arts organizations and shaping CSGB’s distinctive programming. The ensemble blends volunteer and professional musicians from Green Bay and nearby regions, contributing to the city’s vibrant cultural scene as a participant in the Great Music Green Bay coalition.
