Clay Street Unit released their debut full-length Sin & Squalor in Denver with producer Chris Pandolfi (Infamous Stringdusters). Earlier, they issued a four-track EP, A Mighty Fine Evening (2022), featuring early material and live-tested tracks. After a signing announcement with Monument Records in January 2025, the label folded in April 2025, with subsequent releases through Leo33 (Sony joint venture) shaping their 2025–26 run. Notable 2025 singles include Let’s Get Stoned, Where Have You Gone?, Choctaw County (featuring Lindsay Lou), and Rollin’. Sin & Squalor is slated for a February 13, 2026 release on Leo33, described as a culminating, cinematic roots-driven project.
