Cloud Eye Control is an experimental multimedia performance collective led by Miwa Matreyek, Anna Oxygen, and Chi-wang Yang. Rooted in CalArts training, the group creates immersive works that blend live performance, projection, and sculpture to explore perception, technology, and storytelling. Their projects have traveled to prominent venues and festivals across North America, pushing the boundaries of how image, sound, and performer interact on stage.

Discography highlights include the 2012 album Under Polaris, released as Self-released / Cloud Eye Control and available on Bandcamp. Major works include Under Polaris (soundtrack for a multimedia piece) and Half Life (a multimedia performance) with world premieres and activations at REDCAT, SFMOMA, and other cultural institutions. Cloud Eye Control has earned recognition such as the National Theater Project Creation & Touring Grant through NEFA in 2014 for Half Life, along with multiple festival and venue presentations throughout the 2010s. While publicly documented touring occurred in 2015 (REDCAT) and 2017 (SFMOMA), there isn’t a publicly announced 2025 tour schedule as of early 2026.
