What reaches the room
Club Tijuana, known as the Xolos, is a prominent Mexican football club founded in 2007 and based in Tijuana, Baja California. Coined under the leadership of Jorge Hank Rhon, the club quickly rose through the ranks, earning promotion to Liga MX in 2011 after capturing the Campeón de Ascenso. The Xolos became Liga MX champions in Apertura 2012 and have since maintained top-flight status, a distinction shared by only a handful of clubs in Mexican football. Home matches are played at Estadio Caliente, a 27,333-capacity venue that has become a fortress for the team in the Baja California region.
