An alumna of Kent State University with both a BFA and MFA in acting, Colleen has built a career that spans stage performance, teaching, and leadership in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her career features national tour experience, standout regional performances, and ongoing contributions to theatre education and DEI initiatives. Colleen’s ongoing work as Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer for the City of Shaker Heights demonstrates her commitment to making the arts accessible and inclusive for all communities.

Upcoming appearances include a role in the Pride and Prejudice production at Cleveland Play House (Mrs. Bennet / Lady Catherine, September 2024) and her work as Musical Director for Fat Ham at the Cleveland Play House (Allen Theatre, February 2025).
