The Colorado Music Festival is a renowned classical cornerstone founded in 1976 by Giora Bernstein, originally known as the Colorado Chamber Orchestra. Based at the scenic Chautauqua Auditorium in Boulder, Colorado, the festival blends orchestral and chamber repertoire with adventurous programming, including world premieres and commissions. Under the direction of music director Peter Oundjian (contract renewed through 2029), the festival continues to attract top-tier artists and devoted audiences each summer.
