Craig Jessop is a renowned conductor, educator, and musician whose career spans decades of leadership in choral and orchestral music. As the former Music Director of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir (1999–2008), he helped shape one of the world's most beloved vocal ensembles. He is also a professor of music at Utah State University and the founding dean of the Caine College of the Arts. Jessop founded and directed the American Festival Chorus and Orchestra, bringing together artists for collaborative, community-centered performances. His work has been recognized with prestigious honors, including a National Medal of Arts and the 2013 Madeleine Award for Distinguished Service to the Arts and Humanities.
