Culture Shock Canada is a cornerstone of the global hip hop culture movement, founded in 1997 by Mark Macy. With Ottawa and Toronto serving as primary hubs, Culture Shock Canada has a long history dating back to 1998 in Ottawa, expanding to Toronto in 2001 and Montreal in 2004.
