Curt Ebersole is a distinguished conductor, educator, and clinician based in the New York region. Since 2008, he has served as the Music Director and John P. Paynter Memorial Chair of the Westchester Symphonic Winds (WSW), guiding the ensemble through artistic growth and community engagement. Under his leadership, WSW has earned national recognition, including The American Prize (2018–2019) in both ensemble and conductor categories. In 2023, the ensemble made its Carnegie Hall debut, following an earlier Lincoln Center (Avery Fisher Hall) debut in 2010. Ebersole is also committed to music education, having previously directed instrumental music at Northern Valley Regional High School in Old Tappan, NJ, and currently teaching at The Masters School in Dobbs Ferry, NY. He remains an active national clinician, sharing insights with ensembles on the Midwest Clinic circuit and Honors Performance Series.
