Dad's Garage and Friends is an integral part of Atlanta's theatre scene, rooted in the historic Old Fourth Ward. Founded in 1995 as a nonprofit theatre, Dad's Garage produces hundreds of shows each year, blending high-energy improv with compelling scripted pieces. In 2015, the company moved to a permanent home in a renovated church on Ezzard Street, establishing a dedicated venue that opened in December of that year. This space has become a hub for innovative performances like TheatreSports, Murder, She Improvised, and a steady calendar of Dad's Garage Live programming.
