Daniel Victor is a Canadian singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist known for his work with the projects Neverending White Lights (NWL) and Black Ribbons. Hailing from Windsor, Ontario, Victor writes, performs, and produces diverse projects that span indie rock, synth-pop, and noir-inspired sounds. Through NWL, he helped craft radio-friendly anthems like The Grace and collaborated with a revolving cast of vocalists, earning multiple awards and a Juno nomination for Best New Artist. Victor’s Black Ribbons project Neuromancer (2012) showcased his prowess in synth-driven, cinematic storytelling released on Ocean Records Canada. In recent years, he has released solo material, including Outlandish (2024) and Captain Raaj Title Music (2025), continuing to push creative boundaries while maintaining an approachable, no-fuss fan experience.
