Darol Anger is a pivotal figure in modern acoustic and bluegrass music. A founding member of the David Grisman Quintet and co-creator of the Turtle Island String Quartet, Anger has shaped contemporary string music through collaboration, innovation, and a distinctive fiddle voice. He leads the Republic of Strings and frequently collaborates with Mike Marshall on projects like The Duo, Psychograss, and Mr Sun.
