Dasher is a bold, noise-punk project that emerged from Atlanta in 2010. Founded by Kylee Kimbrough, the group forged a raw, garage-tinged sound influenced by Patti Smith and Japanese hardcore. After re-forming in Bloomington, Dasher released its debut album Sodium with Jagjaguwar in 2017, and a companion set of singles in 2014 on Die Slaughterhaus and Suicide Squeeze. Though 2018 saw talk of a farewell, the project resurfaced with new material in recent years, including 2025 singles that signal ongoing activity. Fans should monitor official channels for announcements on live dates.
