Biography
David Higgins built his career in Charleston, SC, developing a reputation through the Southeast live circuit. His work is characterized by piano-driven melodies, reflective lyrics, and a pop sensibility that appeals to fans of singer-songwriter and pop-rock aesthetics. Higgins’ mid-2010s shift toward original material culminated in Adelie, a project launched in 2017 that established his original-pop direction. His early self-released EP Hit the Ground Running (circa 2014–2015) showcased the raw energy and melodic clarity that would define his later releases.
