The live experience
What reaches the room
DC JazzFest is a cornerstone of Washington, D.C.'s jazz scene, established in 2004 as the Duke Ellington Jazz Festival and rebranded as DC Jazz Festival in 2010. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the organization brings world-class jazz to the nation's capital through signature programs like the annual DCJazzPrix, year-round DCJF Education, and the Charles Fishman Embassy Series. The festival unfolds citywide each year, creating immersive experiences across venues from historic clubs to major theaters.
