Operated in partnership with Millikin University and the Millikin/Decatur Symphony Orchestra, DYSO nurtures young musicians through a rigorous classical repertoire and a collaborative performing experience. Rehearsals take place on Monday evenings from 5:15–6:45 PM at the Kirkland Fine Arts Center, Millikin University, providing a consistent rhythm for skill-building and ensemble cohesiveness.
