The Denver Pioneers volleyball program has a storied history dating back to its inception in 1983. With NCAA tournament appearances in 2014 and 2015 and Summit League titles in those same years, DU has established itself as a competitive force in collegiate volleyball. Under head coach Megan Pendergast, named in 2023, the program continues to rise, earning a Summit League regular-season title in 2024 and a perfect 9-0 home record at Hamilton Gymnasium.
