Down Time is a Denver-born indie rock trio known for spacious, guitar-driven songs that blend retro folk-pop with psych and funk influences. Formed in 2015, the band relocated to Los Angeles in 2021–2022, drawing early press attention from Buzzbands.LA and CPRcoverage for their evolving sound and live presence. Their independent catalog showcases two full-length records to date—Spirit (2022) and Hurts Being Alive (2020)—that nod to intimate melodies and expansive arrangements.
