Formed in 1995 with the release Downway Is As Downway Does on Hourglass Records, they've been a consistent presence on the Canadian punk scene. After a hiatus that lasted through the early 2000s, Downway reformed in 2017 and has continued to tour and record into the late 2010s and beyond.
