Ensign Symphony, founded in 2013, brings a distinctive blend of sacred and secular choral-orchestral repertoire with cinematic flair. Based in Seattle and regularly performing at Benaroya Hall's esteemed S. Mark Taper Foundation Auditorium, the ensemble features a rotating pool of volunteers—typically in the 150–200 range—who unite to deliver powerful, emotionally resonant concerts. As they enter their 13th season in 2025–2026, Ensign Symphony continues to build a reputation for lush textures, soaring choral lines, and orchestral grandeur that resonates with both traditional classical audiences and new listeners discovering the magic of large-scale choral works.
