Exarheia, The Chanting of Birds is a distinctive documentary project blending music and place, produced in Canada with deep Greek roots. Directed and produced by Nadine Gomez, this 73-minute film explores sound, memory, and landscape through a cross-cultural lens. The original Greek-language production features original scores by Rafaël Proulx-Langlois and Xavier Constant, with additional music by Iasonas Theofanou. The film premiered at RIDM in Montreal in 2018 and made its international Greek premiere in 2019 during the Thessaloniki RIDM context.
