What reaches the room
Excelsior AC Roubaix was a historic French football club from Roubaix, in the Nord region of France. Born in 1928 from a merger of FC Roubaix and Excelsior Club de Tourcoing, the club carried a proud tradition at Stade Amédée-Prouvost and rose to professional status by 1932. Though the team dissolved in 1978 following mergers that led to CO Roubaix-Tourcoing and, ultimately, later Roubaix clubs, its legacy remains a formative chapter in northern French football. While there are no active social channels or 2025 tour dates from this defunct club, fans and historians continue to celebrate its contributions to the sport and its community in Roubaix and beyond.
