Eyes Up Here Comedy Tour is a North Carolina–based initiative dedicated to elevating women in comedy. Founded in March 2015 by Erin Terry in Raleigh, the program mentors, curates, and develops female voices through workshops, open mics, classes, and showcases. With five monthly showcases and the Everybody But You, Bro (EBYB) ladies’ open mic, the group creates consistent opportunities for performers to grow and shine across the Triangle and beyond.

Led by a thoughtful team, Eyes Up Here blends mentoring with performance platforms, helping comedians build stage experience and audiences who appreciate witty, insightful humor. Erin Terry’s work has earned regional recognition, including an Indy Arts Award from INDY Week in 2018 for contributions to women in comedy in the Triangle.

Beyond local stages, Eyes Up Here has expanded into touring, including their 2025 Asheville engagement with dates at Ginger's Revenge and a fundraiser at The Grey Eagle, reflecting a growing footprint for NC women in stand-up and storytelling.
