Facs is an acclaimed indie/experimental rock duo with a dynamic lineup history and a distinctive sound that blends abrasive guitars, meticulous rhythm, and moody atmospherics. Formed in 2017 by Brian Case and Noah Leger, the band later welcomed Jonathan Van Herik back to the lineup in 2023, with Alianna Kalaba joining in 2018 and returning to the bass before leaving in 2022/23. Facs released six studio albums with Trouble In Mind Records, including Negative Houses (2018), Lifelike (2019), Void Moments (2020), Present Tense (2021), Still Life In Decay (2023), and Wish Defense (2025). The latter marks the final album engineered by Steve Albini, with Sanford Parker finishing the session. As a trusted name in the scene, Facs continues to tour worldwide and release new material that fans eagerly follow on Bandcamp and major social platforms.
