Fall Paddle Fest is a relaxed, non-competitive paddle event hosted by Shenango River Watchers, a long-standing, award-winning organization founded in 2001. The event celebrates the Shenango River’s environmental, scenic, and recreational value through a day of paddling, community, and appreciation for the river. This edition focuses on the Shenango River downstream voyage starting at Pymatuning State Park and finishing at Riverside Park in Greenville, PA, with a finish lunch and live music to cap off the day.

Event details: The PA edition takes place on September 27, 2025. Launch at Pymatuning State Park (1 Water Trail Drive, Jamestown, PA 16134) and take-out at Riverside Park, Greenville, PA 16125. The paddle covers about 9.5 miles downstream on Class 1 water. Shuttle buses return to the launch area, with the last bus leaving Riverside Park around 10:45 am. Shuttles run approximately 8:00 am–10:45 am. Registration is online for the best available price through September 24 at 5pm; day-of registration is the best available price at the event. After paddling, enjoy a finish lunch and live music at Riverside Park. If you’re in Fort Worth, TX, there’s a 2025 Fall Paddle Fest edition on October 18, 2025, at Panther Island Pavilion (hosted by TC Paddlesports).
