Fame Dance Studios, founded and led by Sarah Makins, is a dynamic dance community with eight locations across Alberta—Lloydminster, Bonnyville, Cold Lake, Provost, Elk Point, Glendon, Goodsoil, and Spiritwood. We provide a wide range of dance styles from recreational to company/performer training, and we’re known for nurturing talent that shines on local stages and beyond. Dancers from Fame have advanced to international platforms, including Toronto Kids Fashion Week and the United Ballet Company, Fame’s resident ballet company at the Vic Juba Theatre in Lloydminster. We’re proud to partner with Vic Juba Theatre for our annual Year End Show, a highlight of the season held at Vic Juba Community Theatre in Lloydminster. Date to be announced for 2025 performances, with the 2025 Year End Show scheduled for April 14, 2025.
