Fernando De La Mora is a celebrated Mexican tenor with a career spanning stage opera to traditional Mexican genres. Born June 7, 1958 in Mexico City, he made his professional debut in 1986 in Madama Butterfly at Xalapa and has since graced some of the world’s most prestigious stages, including the Metropolitan Opera, La Scala, Covent Garden, the Vienna State Opera, and venues across Paris and beyond. His repertoire covers opera, Mexican popular music, boleros, and traditional mariachi, reflecting a deep connection to his homeland while showcasing his versatile vocal artistry.
