First Coast Nutcracker Tickets

First Coast Nutcracker is a cherished Jacksonville tradition, produced by the Jacksonville Symphony for more than five decades. It remains the city’s only Nutcracker performance with a full orchestra, delivering a rich, live Tchaikovsky score that enhances every dancers' movement on stage. Under the expert choreography and artistic direction of Rhonda Stampalia—also known for leading the Ballet Department at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts—the production blends classical technique with modern storytelling, captivating audiences of all ages.

Conducted in 2025 by Nathaniel Efthimiou, Associate Conductor of the Jacksonville Symphony and Music Director of the Jacksonville Youth Symphony (JSYO), the performance showcases a high-caliber musical experience, recognized with multiple conducting awards. The show features 130+ dancers and dramatic LED backdrops, with a memorable cannon volley during the battle scene. This is a family-friendly event that combines art, music, and community outreach in a festive setting.
