The Florida Gulf Coast Eagles baseball program, based in Fort Myers, Florida, has built a rich tradition under longtime head coach Dave Tollett. Since taking the helm in 2002, Tollett has guided FGCU to seven ASUN regular-season titles and multiple NCAA appearances, including a standout showing in 2017. The team plays at Swanson Stadium, a palm-tree backdrop venue opened in 2004 that seats roughly 1,500 fans and serves as the program’s home base.
