Flute4 Quartet Tickets

Flute4 Quartet, formed in 2017, is a dynamic four-flute ensemble based in the Carolinas. The group features Erinn Frechette, Caroline Ulrich, Carla Copeland Burns, and Amy Orsinger Whitehead. Known for championing contemporary flute music, the quartet commissions new repertoire and presents intimate chamber works written for four flutes. They actively perform recitals, give masterclasses, and engage audiences with approachable, exciting performances across the Southeast.

Beyond performances, Flute4 maintains an active online presence through their YouTube channel, where they share performances, collaborations, and educational content to reach listeners far and wide.

Upcoming engagements in 2025 showcase Flute4’s commitment to education and community outreach. On September 14, 2025, they will perform at the Mallarmé Music Concert Series at Duke University in the Nelson Music Room. Then, on November 24, 2025, they headline the Youth Orchestras of Charlotte Fall Concert at the Dale F. Halton Theater, Central Piedmont Community College. These appearances reflect the quartet’s balance of expressive artistry and mentorship, often pairing performances with masterclasses and outreach activities.
