Since forming in the summer of 2018, the group has built a dedicated following with tight instrumental chemistry, catchy melodies, and emotionally direct lyrics. Fronted by Jonny DiSilvestro on vocals and guitar, with Alec Tau on drums and Kelly D on bass, Form crafts songs that resonate with fans of modern guitar-driven rock.
