Franc Robert is a Montreal-born blues musician who relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 1990, building a rich local résumé through fronting and participating in groups like Back Alley Blues Band and related projects. Known for a guitar-forward, rootsy approach, his work sits firmly in traditional Delta blues and acoustic blues. He’s widely recognized in blues circles for a straightforward, no-nonsense style that connects with audiences in intimate venues and festival stages alike.

From his early days in Montreal to the Florida blues scene, Franc Robert has crafted a career built on consistency, collaboration, and a deep appreciation for the roots of American blues. He continues to perform, record, and tour, offering both solo performances and collaborative projects that highlight his dynamic guitar work and soulful vocal delivery.
