Francoise Mouly is a powerhouse in the world of comics publishing and visual storytelling. As a co-founder of RAW (1980–1991) with Art Spiegelman, she helped redefine how comics could function as art and cultural commentary. She later launched Raw Books and Toon Books, and founded TOON Books in 2008 to bring high-quality comics to young readers.
