Funeral for a Friend formed in 2001 in Bridgend, Wales, quickly becoming a cornerstone of the post-hardcore and emo scenes. Known for their melodic hooks, aggressive energy, and emotionally charged lyrics, they earned major industry recognition with Kerrang! awards and chart-topping UK Gold albums. After a breakup in 2015 and a 2016 farewell tour, the band re-emerged in 2019. In 2023, vocalist Matthew Davies-Kreye departed, but the band continues to influence waves of modern rock, with new tour plans in 2025 including two Welsh-focused shows. We’ve got you covered for tickets, lineup details, and venue information for your next show in the UK or beyond.
