The Garden State Philharmonic is a distinguished orchestra with deep roots in New Jersey’s cultural landscape. As the Orchestra in Residence at Ocean County College's Grunin Center for the Arts in Toms River, the ensemble has long served as a cornerstone of the Jersey Shore’s performing arts scene. Beyond its elegant concert series at the Grunin Center and the Spring Lake Community Theatre, the company has collaborated on Nutcracker productions with the Atlantic City Ballet in Lakewood, and runs a three-tier Youth Orchestra program along with a vibrant Community Chorus. While the group has historically touched the lives of more than 20,000 people across the Jersey Shore and the state, it closed its doors on December 4, 2024, and there were no 2025 tour engagements announced. This performer page shares a concise biography, highlights from their discography, and a look at past tour activity, along with relevant social channels and official site links for fans and supporters.
