Gavroche is a French chanteur engagé whose music blends rock-influenced chanson with pointed social and political themes. Emerging onto the festival scene at Francofolies in La Rochelle in 2001, Gavroche quickly established himself as a voice with grit and lyric depth. Over the years, he has built a catalog of self-produced maxis and full-length albums, earning recognition for his unapologetic storytelling and energetic live performances. In addition to his solo work, Gavroche contributed to two tracks on Ridan's L Ange de mon démon (2007), expanding his collaborative footprint in the French independent scene. His live history spans across France, with frequent festival appearances and a notable stint opening for Manu Chao in 2016, further connecting him with audiences who appreciate social conscience and raw musical personality.
