Geddy Lee is a pivotal figure in rock history, best known for his work as the voice, bass guitarist, and keyboardist of Rush. Born in 1953, Lee helped shape progressive rock with his distinctive vocals and musicianship across every Rush studio album. Beyond Rush, he released the solo album My Favorite Headache in 2000, and more recently The Lost Demos (digital) in 2023, with a vinyl Record Store Day edition slated for 2025. Rush was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013, and Lee is an Officer of the Order of Canada, recognizing his contributions to music and culture. As fans look ahead, a major milestone arrives with the 50 Something North American reunion tour announced for 2026, featuring Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson, with drummer Anika Nilles, kicking off June 7, 2026 in Los Angeles.
