Ghetto Division emerged from Chicago’s South Side and Pilsen corridor, carving out a vital chapter in the Latin juke and ghettotech scenes around 2007–2011. Core members included MaddJazz, Rampage, Rob Threezy, Charlie Glitch, and Lorenzo Vektor, with MoonDoctoR often referenced as an affiliate. They didn’t just perform; they helped shape a movement through a distinct sound that blended high-energy percussion, booty-wobble basslines, and Midwest club culture. In 2010, they launched Ghetto Division Records and issued the self-titled LP Ghetto Division, a milestone that continues to influence producers and dancers across the genre. This page covers their biography, discography highlights, and upcoming tour information so you can secure your seats with ease.
