Gilda's LaughFest is the nation’s first community-wide festival of laughter, founded in 2011 by Gilda’s Club Grand Rapids. Now in its 15th edition (2025), LaughFest supports emotional health programs for cancer patients and those grieving. The festival brings top comedians and interactive events to multiple venues across West Michigan, turning the region into a hub of humor for a dedicated week of performances and community outreach.
