In July 2022, Goon released Hour of Green Evening through démodé recordings, followed by the Paint By Numbers Vol. 1 EPs later that year. The band continued to push sonic boundaries with Dream 3, released July 11, 2025 on Born Losers Records. The album drew critical praise from outlets like Under the Radar and Stereogum, and the second single Patsy’s Twin, released May 22, 2025, further solidified their evolving sound.

Goon’s 2025 touring schedule covers major markets across the United States, with stops from Los Angeles to Seattle and Nashville to Minneapolis. The tour features multiple confirmed dates in September and October 2025.
