The live experience
What reaches the room
Grateville Dead Music Festival began in 2015, founded by Dennie Humphrey and Ashley Angel as a dedicated tribute to the Grateful Dead. Rooted in Louisville, Kentucky, the festival brings together regional bands and Dead-related acts for an immersive jam-band experience at the Brown Forman Amphitheater inside Waterfront Park. Over the years, it has grown into a signature event for fans of improvisation, classic Dead tunes, and community-friendly live music. Plan a weekend of music, friends, and dancing under the river breeze in downtown Louisville.
