Grupo Rebulu is a dynamic performer collective formed in New York in 2007 by Ronald Polo and Morris Cañate, with Johanna Castada joining later to amplify a sound that fuses Afro-Colombian roots with contemporary urban energy from the Bronx and NYC. The group centers traditional Afro-Colombian elements such as gaita and bullerengue, weaving them into vibrant live performances that connect diverse audiences to Colombia 0s rhythmic heritage.
