The GSU Symphony Orchestra is a dynamic, audition-based ensemble at Georgia State University’s School of Music. Open to both music majors and non-majors by audition, the orchestra offers six to eight performances per academic year that showcase a blend of standard symphonic repertoire, operatic works, and contemporary pieces. The group collaborates closely with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, expanding opportunities for GSU students and faculty to perform on high-profile stages.
