Gwinnett Ballet Theatre Tickets

Founded in 1977, Gwinnett Ballet Theatre (GBT) stands as one of Gwinnett County’s oldest nonprofit arts organizations and serves as the official resident professional ballet company based at the Gas South Theater in the Duluth/Suwanee area. With a mission centered on accessibility, community outreach, and artistic excellence, GBT brings classical ballet to audiences across metro Atlanta while fostering local talent and a welcoming, inclusive environment.

GBT’s annual Nutcracker production, performed with a live orchestra and large casts, is a seasonal highlight that has become a cherished tradition for families and ballet lovers alike. The company also stages innovative programs and classics such as Dracula, Cinderella, and Love & Passion featuring Carmen, alongside new works like Emerge. The 2025–2026 season has been announced, signaling more opportunities to experience world-class ballet close to home.

Beyond performances, GBT emphasizes accessibility with sensory-friendly performances and extensive community outreach, ensuring ballet remains approachable for diverse audiences. The Director’s Gala at Gas South Theater is a major fundraising event that supports education, outreach, and production quality. Recognized by Dance Data Project from 2020–2024 as among the top 150 largest classical ballet companies in the United States, GBT continues to grow its reputation while staying deeply connected to its Gwinnett roots.
