H-blockx formed in Belgium and burst onto the scene with Time to Move, a debut album released in 1994 that went gold in Germany and spent 62 weeks on the German charts. The band earned early recognition with a nomination for Best Breakthrough Artist at the MTV Europe Music Awards in 1995, underscoring their rising international profile.
