Hawthorne Heights Tickets

Hawthorne Heights formed in 2001 in Dayton, Ohio, originally under the name A Day in the Life. They broke into the national scene with a sound that fused emo’s emotional intensity with post-hardcore edge, setting a template for bands in the early 2000s alternative scene. Their breakthrough wave came with the 2004 gold-certified album The Silence in Black and White, which remains a touchstone for fans who crave melodic hooks paired with raw candor. The follow-up, If Only You Were Lonely (2006), continued to push their melodic boundaries while maintaining the earnest storytelling that defines the band’s core.

Across their career, Hawthorne Heights has explored influences spanning emo, post-hardcore, screamo, pop-punk, and alternative rock, creating a sound that is both nostalgic and evolving. The band’s live shows are known for high-energy performances, engaging crowds with sing-alongs and anthemic choruses that resonate with longtime fans and new listeners alike.
