A regular Blues Alley performer, Herm has led or performed with a Big Soul Band and a Soul Quartet, delivering engaging live sets that fuse jazz, funk, and human-centered storytelling.

Early in his career, Herm shared the stage with Roy Hargrove at the 2013 Seoul Jazz Festival in Korea, an experience that helped shape his international perspectives and adventurous approach to rhythm and melody.
