High Elevation Rock Festival emerged as a prominent Colorado-based event known for delivering hard-hitting rock and metal experiences. Debuting on September 10, 2016 at Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre in Greenwood Village, CO, the festival quickly established itself as a must-attend for fans of heavy music. Promoted by AEG Live and sponsored by Monster Energy, the inaugural edition featured a stacked lineup with headliners Avenged Sevenfold and Volbeat among numerous supporting acts. The festival's 2017 edition expanded to two days (September 22–23) and showcased 25+ bands, including headliners Korn, Five Finger Death Punch, A Day To Remember, Stone Sour, and Halestorm.
