About Hot Grubb: Formed around 2014, this ensemble grew from the Bay Area country scene and quickly became regulars at iconic local venues such as Twin Oaks Roadhouse, Big Easy, Redwood Café, and Aqus Café. The band’s early ascent included opening slots for legendary acts like Johnny Cash, the Charlie Daniels Band, the Righteous Brothers, and the Osmonds, underscoring their versatile appeal and stage-ready presence. Their 2019 CD release spotlighted fan favorites alongside two Steve Harr originals, with a limited run of signed copies unveiled at The Redwood Café. While 2025–2026 finds Hot Grubb focusing on local Bay Area gigs and festival appearances, there’s no shortage of opportunities to catch them live across Northern California.
