The Bison captured MEAC titles in 2023 and 2024 and claimed the 2022–23 MEAC regular-season and tournament championships. The 2025–26 season begins with a home opener on November 3, 2025, against Missouri at Burr Gymnasium, followed by the Brotherhood Run MTE at Duke from November 21–23, 2025, featuring Niagara and Duke.
